NO MEETING IN JULY
The August meeting is yet to be decided and in September Chas, who was to have given a demonstration about “A beginners Journey”, has now declined. So we have two meeting to fill – if you have any thoughts on what you would like to see please let me know tonight.

We have had the offer from Mick Hanbury for a demonstration in October. As he was so well received last time he was with us we have agreed to book him for Sunday 14th October – More details later
Fund Raising
The Stewartry Sportive cycling event is on Sunday 8 July. And as last year we have been asked to do the catering. We have enough volunteers on the day but we need members to provide cakes etc. If you can help with baking please see either Christine or Judith tonight.
GDPR and Us. – In line with the European Directive, the clubs Privacy Policy is now published on the Club Web Site and on the notice board. In October when you renew your membership you will be asked to sign that you agree with the club holding your contact information in line with our policy.
Club Officers – At our April Committee meeting I indicated that I will be standing down as Chair in October. Subsequently David has also said he will be standing down as Secretary. So we will be looking for two people to take over from out AGM in October. If you would like to suggest someone, or volunteer yourself please let a member of the committee know.
