Our treasurer has completed the accounts for the previous year, and we are in a fairly good position to survive until the Covid situation has calmed down and it is safe for us to return. Obviously, with no meetings taking place, out income is less than our expenditure, but with careful management the future looks secure.
All members should have received an email with details of how to join the AGM via Zoom, let me know if you didn’t receive them, or need them again.
I post the draft accounts for your perusal prior to the AGM on the 8th December 2020.

Hi, well ive looked at these figures, which dont realy tell me much, and why has itbeen so late again, and like last year their is no assets listed to assitain clubs true worth? You mitenot think they are important but if club hoes burst or some ome walks away with assets who would know they should be more to accounts than this, assets should be nomberd and value stated each year eben if their value has been written down to zero. And it allows club members know what club owens and dosent and what money is being spent on. Sorry cant get onto zoom only got a council hoose phone
Hi Jake, Yes the accounts were late, my fault in posting them up only seven days before. There is an asset list, but it couldn’t be updated this year because of the Covid restrictions at the time, so will be a ‘to-do’ when we can get back to things. Sorry you couldn’t get onto Zoom with your house phone, I am sure there is some way of doing this on your smart phone, but I don’t know it is done. I read out your Whatsapp message to me during the AGM so that your voice was heard during the meeting.
