Beginners woodturning course 1/2016 successfully completed.

Our four course members successfully completed their course, having fun, learning some stuff, and hopefully enthused to turn some more.

Our course participants on beginners turning 1/2016, plainly quite happy with their second bowls made in one session.
Charles' first bowl base was thin, this second one was just as thin, but still well over 1.1 millimetres. Is he good, or is he lucky ?
