We have the entire contents of a life long woodworker’s workshop For Sale. The Club is organising the sale and will retain a commission for Club funds on everything sold.

Timetable

Tuesday 29 April 7pm – 9pm Viewing and bidding starts

Tuesday 6 May   7pm – 9pm Viewing and bidding

Tuesday 13 May (Club meeting) 6.30pm – 9.30pm Viewing and bidding

Tuesday 20 May 7pm Viewing and bidding. Bids close at 8pm. Successful bidders pay for their lots and may remove goods.

Friday 23 May All purchased goods must be removed.

Procedure

• The items for sale have been divided into lots.
• Lots will be sold as presented. No variation of any kind.
• The list of lots has been circulated to members by email, is on the Club website, and printed copies are available at the Club Workshop.
• A Bid Sheet has been prepared for each lot and filed in a binder.
• Turn to the Bid Sheet for the lot that you want to bid for. Write your bid amount, and name on the Bid Sheet in the next free space.
• Your bid must be equal or greater than the Minimum bid amount and greater than any previous bid.
• The highest bid made by the deadline buys the lot.
• Goods must be removed promptly after payment has been made, by cash or cheque made payable to Galloway Woodturners.
